We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In the same condition that you received it

• With all original tags attached

• In its original packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To request a return, please contact us at Info@blandostudiio.com before sending your item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Gift cards

• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
